I've been noticing a lot of Hot Wheels related posts and I was wondering how the Oppo Hot Wheels swap or exchange or whatever it's called works. If anyone can join up, I'd like to casually get involved if that's possible. I don't have many, but I have some cool and weird ones, like a Saab 9000 (not for trade) and a Porsche 911 GT1 LMP car (possibly for trade). If someone could explain rules and regulations, I would be much obliged. Thanks y'all! (If there are two pictures, blame Kinja).

If you like a car someone else has and that person likes a car you have, swap emails and then mailing addresses and ship the cars to each other basically. It relies on a gentlemans agreement really. That sums it up in short but I see Jeff already posted the outline rules and such post too. I, for one, am ok with someone just sending me the 2.30 it costs to ship a car plus a couple cents for the car itself (70 cents is my general rate unless it's special).

I just got linked the official rules, and I am taking pictures of some I'm willing to swap as we speak!
So excite.

I may be into one of those Porsche LMP cars already if they are for trade but I'll wait and see the finished post!

I'm about to post an official exchange entry with the cars that I had on the shelf next to my desk. The Porsche is there.
